$8,000 Tax Credit Extended and Expanded

2,030 homes (single family detached & townhomes) sold in Howard county between January 2009 and September 2009 – that’s an increase of 9.4%.

267 homes sold in the month of September 2009 (only 183 sold in September 2008) for an increase of 45.9%.
